Our Story

Where Norval Real Estate comes from

Norval Real Estate originated from Anita’s pure passion for working with people, chasing perfection and the thrill of Real Estate and what it has to offer.

Whilst having vast Real Estate experience, Anita spent the majority of her lifetime running asset maintenance programs on offshore vessels for large oil companies. Pairing up with her husband, they both managed different aspects of the projects at hand, which encompassed traveling and the initiation of asset managements until project completion.

Settling in Australia, Anita found the Real Estate market to be enticing, even more so after 16+ years.

Our dedicated team has thorough and extensive Property Management experience, possessing several essential business skills such as attention to detail, a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

As a team that strives to deliver excellent service at all times whilst ensuring the best possible outcome, we have a close working relationship between tenants, investors and managers.
